How do I request a service?
Register as a passenger and wait for approval from Administration. Then sign in and complete the ride request form. You can contact DARO for information.
Where does FAST TRIP operate?
Our local service covers Guayaquil and nearby areas. For private trips to other destinations in Ecuador, please check route availability in advance.
Does submitting a request confirm a ride?
Only registered and approved passengers can submit ride requests. Your request remains pending assignment and must still be accepted by a driver.
How do I send feedback or make a complaint?
